Learn to weave on the loom and create a beautiful Woven Wall Hanging for your home. During the class you will learn how to prepare the loom for weaving. You will also learn a variety of different weaving techniques and how to use different yarns and fibres to create volume and texture in your weaving. You will complete your weaving and take it off the loom and be shown how to finish it off for hanging.

A teaching Loom will be supplied during the class and weaving tools. The cost of the class includes a choice of Fibre Pack to use in your weaving and a Beginner's Guide to Weaving to take home. The Guide covers all the weaving techniques taught during the class.

The class will be held in the courtyard outside the shop at Fibre Art in Australia Balmain. If you would like to purchase an Ashford Small Weaving Loom (35cm x 25cm) to use in the class it can be purchased at an additional cost $50.
